How to Install in Your Email App

Click Copy Signature. The formatted signature is now on your clipboard.

Open your email app's signature settings and paste (
Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) — see the steps for your app below.- Click Copy Signature above.
- Open Gmail in your browser.
- Click the ⚙️ gear icon (top-right) → See all settings.
- Stay on the General tab. Scroll down to Signature.
- Click Create new, give it a name (e.g. "Herringbone"), then click Create.
- Click inside the signature box and paste with
Ctrl+V/Cmd+V. The formatted signature appears instantly — no HTML editing needed. - Scroll to the bottom of Settings and click Save Changes.
- Click Copy Signature above.
- Open Outlook on the web (outlook.com or your work Outlook).
- Click ⚙️ Settings → View all Outlook settings.
- Go to Mail → Compose and reply.
- Under Email signature, give it a name, then click into the signature editor.
- Paste with
Ctrl+V/Cmd+V. The formatted signature appears directly. - Click Save.
- Click Copy Signature above.
- Open the Outlook desktop app.
- Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
- Click New, name the signature, then click OK.
- Click into the editing area at the bottom and paste with
Ctrl+V. The formatted signature appears directly. - Under Choose default signature, select it for new messages and/or replies.
- Click OK to save.
- Click Copy Signature above.
- Open Apple Mail. Go to Mail menu → Settings (or Preferences) → Signatures.
- Select your account on the left, then click the + button to create a new signature.
- Uncheck "Always match my default message font" so the formatting is preserved.
- Click into the signature preview area on the right and paste with
Cmd+V. The formatted signature appears directly. - Close the Settings window — it saves automatically.
